We are excited to inform you that Classic Way Family Practice is introducing a new and improved online appointment booking system called HotDoc. This new system is designed to make booking and managing your appointments easier and more convenient.


What is changing?

Currently, we use HealthEngine for online bookings, and it will continue to be available for a limited time during the transition. However, we are gradually moving to HotDoc as our primary booking system to provide you with a smoother and more user-friendly experience.


Why are we transitioning to HotDoc?

Our services include:

  • Routine Check-Ups: Regular physical exams and wellness visits to monitor and maintain your health.

  • Chronic Disease Management: Expert care for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.

  • Preventive Care: Immunizations, screenings, and health education to prevent illness and promote well-being.

  • Acute Care: Treatment for sudden illnesses and injuries, ensuring prompt and effective care.

  • Women's Health: Comprehensive care including gynecological exams, prenatal and postnatal care.

  • Pediatric Care: Compassionate and thorough care for infants, children, and adolescents.


How does HotDoc work?

  1. Access HotDoc: You can visit our website and click the "Book Appointment" button, or download the HotDoc app on your smartphone via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

  2. Choose Your Appointment: Select your preferred doctor, date, and time.

  3. Confirm Your Booking: Enter your details to confirm your appointment. You will receive a confirmation message once the booking is successful.


During the Transition Period

  • Both HealthEngine and HotDoc will be available for booking appointments temporarily.

  • We encourage you to start using HotDoc for a faster, more convenient booking experience.

  • If you have any difficulties, our friendly reception staff will be happy to assist you.
