Dr. Khan and Dr. Sajjad, provide bulk billing services for all the patients, holding a current Medicare card. 

* Please note out of pocket fees applies on weekends and Public holidays.

(Fees will still apply for non medicare related consults or procedures. Please see below)

Classic Way Family Practice operates as a mixed billing practice, offering both bulk billing and privately billed consultations, depending on the doctor and patient eligibility.

Mixed Billing Doctors

 

DR Chaw, Dr Sri will Bulk bill for

Children aged 15 and below,

Adults aged 65 and above,

DVA [White, Gold] card holders,

ATSI patients,

Patients of any age possessing a current Health Care Card, Pension Card, or Concession Card,

 

All other Patients under their care would incur out-of-pocket expense of $35.

Privately charged Consults, with no Medicare rebate

Insurance Medicals,

Commercial Driver’s License, including Uber

Insurance Paperwork, like TPD/Income protection etc

Superannuation reports

Work Cover [Paid by work insurance generally]
